The Haute Autorité de Santé (French health authority) has selected st[è]ve consultants
to perform a literature review on selection criteria of health technologies requiring additional data.
This study is in line with the network EUnetHTA (European Network for Health Technology Assessment), which primary objective is to set up an efficacious and lasting collaboration of health technology assessments
in Europe.
st[è]ve consultants took part to the conference entitled "modeling to decide" set up by the French Society of Health Economics (SFES).
During this session, the last advances in health economics modeling such as the science of complex systems were discussed. In addition, the strategic perspectives of modeling in public health raised questions,
in particular their acceptation and their place in the decision making process at a national level.

conducted, in partnership with Saint-Louis hospital (AP-HP, Paris), an economic evaluation comparing the costs associated
with the use of standard Huber needles with those associated with the use of positive-pressure secured Huber needles in the
prevention and treatment of obstruction of totally implantable ports. Results of this evaluation have been presented at the 6th
French-speaking congress on long-term intravenous access devices in Paris (January 13-14, 2012).

determination of the fœtal Rhesus D status from maternal plasma within at risk pregnant women in France.
This report was published on october 28th 2011 and the HAS issued a favorable advice on October 4th 2011, for the inscription of this
test on the list of medical acts mentioned in the article L.162-1-1 of the Code de la Sécurité Sociale.
